Mole
Harness, Jasper Leyland, The Horse Loom and Phil and Cath Tyler
Morden Tower, Back of Stowell Street, China Town, Newcastle
Tue 19th December 2006 / 8pm / £4
The venue
is in a tower in the old city walls, which was built around 1290.
Morden Tower is better known as a poetry venue, having hosted the
likes of Allen Ginsberg, Seamus Heaney and Ted Hughes. It sounds
like an amazing space for a gig. For a map of the venue location
and a photo of what it looks like inside then go here,
and click on the 'information' link.
If anyone
wants a guaranteed ticket for this then e-mail me and I'll put you
in touch with the promoter, who can then send you one out.
You can
also hear some podcasts by The Horse Loom and Phil and Cath Tyler
on Bearbones
Radio.
